MEET THE TEAM
My name is Gary
Since Covid I have been working tirelessly to create a better world, one where we unite and come back to nature.
I have designed and built multiple regenerative projects across the UK, but now I am ready to build and off grid sovereign community.
But I need help.
This is no small undertaking and it will take a collaborative effort of like-minds.

The Mission
We are creating an ecological haven where self-aware individuals and families can raise healthy, happy children — This sovereign community will be self-governed, resilient, and fully independent, with its own food, water, power, and regenerative economy.
🍎 Food
We will produce nutritionally dense, organic food using regenerative farming practices that enrich soil, support ecology, and promote biodiversity.
💧 Water
We will build independent water systems, free from pollutants, fluoride, and hormones that contribute to ill health.
⚡ Power
We will capture the abundance of energy freely provided by nature — through wind, hydro, and solar — to serve the community’s needs. Our energy independence frees us from rising bills and the trap of dependency on external systems.
🏡 Dwellings
We will create warm, ecological homes that blend into the landscape and work in harmony with nature. These homes will be low-impact, self-sustaining, solar-passive, naturally insulated, water-recycling, and designed to produce a yield while remaining simple to maintain.
📚 Education
Our community will be a living classroom where children and adults alike learn through direct experience. Education will be self-led, rooted in ecology, food independence, and environmental regeneration — empowering people with knowledge that sustains life.
💰 Financial Systems
We will build a regenerative, closed-loop economy that serves the people and the land. Our financial systems will prioritize fairness, equality, and regeneration, putting resources back into the hands of those who contribute while supporting a thriving local economy.

Our community will be self-governed through shared decision-making. Using models such as sociocracy, we will collaborate transparently and inclusively to achieve our shared vision.

Health will be rooted in prevention, not dependency. With fresh, seasonal, organic foods, natural remedies, and herbal medicine, our community will strengthen natural immunity and resilience. We aim to end pharmaceutical dependency by living in ways that promote true wellbeing.
